OUR STORY
About EIAME
Where Artists Are Made — Not Just Software Operators
THE FOUNDATION
The Story Behind EIAME
For years, a quiet problem has been growing inside India’s design and animation classrooms. Students graduate knowing how to click every button in Photoshop, After Effects, and Maya — yet struggle the moment a real brief lands on their desk. They can operate the software, but they cannot think like an artist.
EIAME — the Education Institute of Animation, Media & Entertainment — was founded to fix exactly this.
Watching young creators step into the industry unprepared, founder Suraj Sirohi saw the same pattern repeat itself: institutes were producing technicians, not artists. Students were being handed tools before they were taught how to see. They could animate a character but didn’t understand weight, timing, or storytelling. They could design a poster but had never studied composition, perspective, or the language of visual hierarchy.
EIAME was built to teach what those classrooms skipped — the art before the software.
OUR APPROACH
The EIAME Approach
At EIAME, every student begins with one month of pure art foundations — drawing, perspective, composition, color theory, and storytelling. No software. No shortcuts. Just the fundamentals that separate a creator from a button-pusher.
Only after the eye is trained does the software follow.
Students of video editing study films before they touch a timeline. Motion graphics students analyse ads, title sequences, and broadcast packages before opening After Effects. VFX and 3D students learn observation, anatomy, and cinematic language before they ever render a frame.
This is mentorship-based teaching in small batches — the way art was always meant to be passed down. Every student is seen, guided, and pushed. Nobody gets lost in a crowd of fifty.

THE FOUNDER
Suraj Sirohi
Founder & Lead Mentor, EIAME
With over a decade in the Indian film industry, Suraj has contributed as an animator to some of the most recognised titles in mainstream Hindi cinema — including Sooryavanshi, Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior, Radhe, Ludo, Malang, Khuda Haafiz, Bigil, De De Pyaar De, Kalank, Junglee, Total Dhamaal, Mauli, Odiyan, and Helicopter Eela.
That decade on real productions — meeting impossible deadlines, working alongside supervisors, learning what the industry actually demands — is what shapes every lesson taught at EIAME. Students don’t learn from a textbook. They learn from someone who has been in the chair.
OUR VISION
To build a generation of Indian artists who can stand confidently inside any studio in the world — not because they memorised software shortcuts, but because they understand the craft underneath.
OUR MISSION
To deliver industry-grade education through a foundation-first curriculum, mentorship in small batches, live project exposure, and an artist-centric campus equipped with the tools every working professional uses.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Who founded EIAME?
A: EIAME was founded by Suraj Sirohi, an animator with over a decade in the Indian film industry and credits on films including Sooryavanshi, Tanhaji, Ludo, Radhe, and Malang.
Q: What is EIAME’s teaching philosophy?
A: EIAME believes great designers and animators are artists first and software users second. Students build strong art foundations before learning any tool, and learn through mentorship in small batches rather than large lecture-style classes.
Q: Is EIAME suitable for students from Agra and nearby cities?
A: Yes. Many EIAME students travel from Agra, Vrindavan, and surrounding areas, since EIAME offers serious industry-focused animation and design training locally — without needing to relocate to Delhi or Mumbai.
